The equipment we use helps us with these 4 steps of the process significantly.
For example, the 3200T double linkage electro-hydraulic synchronous CNC bending machine can produce elbows and bends from plate, which are 35mm thick and 12.5 m long and match the requirements of polygonal towers. And CNC flame and plasma cutting machines make sure that the processing and assembly of the parts is as precise as it can ever be.

Our manufacturing process includes:
Step one:
Finding the right parts/details — once a design option is approved, we use 3D detailing to decide what joints, bolts and nuts, plate sizes to use, where assembly and construction points should be. It also determines Bill of Materials, as well as Erection and Shop Drawings, minimizing human error.
Step two:
Assembling the prototype — before going into mass production, we assemble every new tower type to see if the design works.
Step three:
We produce a batch of towers/poles and when it’s done conduct on-site testing — every new tower type is assembled in the field, calibrated, rigged and tested to make sure it matches the client’s specifications.
Step four:
When the batch is ready, we label the product and pack it before shipping to its destination.

Our reputation is not just about the quality of product or it’s appearance but the fact of delivering the work in time. And in the fifteen years of making steel structures, we have managed to do it in time in 99% of cases. The remaining 1% of delays was mostly related to weather conditions and other factors we had no control over.

Even with the best specialists in their fields, the best parts and all the testing and experience, sometimes these precautions are not enough and our products require last minute fixes on site. We make sure to provide such assistance in every such case for every such client.
We have the experience of delivering our steel structures via different transportation means: auto, railroad and by sea in a container. Regardless of the method of delivery, we guarantee that your cargo will be safe while it’s being shipped to you. We try and minimize the number of places the product goes, by combining the parts of structures in as few packages as possible. This speeds up the loading and unloading process too. All the small details such as bolts, screws, washers and plates are securely packed in steel barrels to minimize the risk of loss of details upon delivery.
